Farallon appears with his son when they are attacked by a Ceratosaurus named Cactus. Farallon swipes his tail and Cactus, but in the confusion, the father and son flee in opposite directions. The next morning, Farallon arrives at a lake, shortly after Kula did, but was too late to see him. Later, Farallon tries to get a drink while being stalked by an Allosaurus. The carnivore attacks, but Farallon injures it, causing the theropod to flee. Soon, Kula and Farallon reunite at a herd of other Stegosaurus. Both Cactus and the Allosaurus return to hunt down Farallon and Kula, but the father and son are able to flee, leaving the predators to fight.
