Hesperonychus was a small dromaeosaurid that lived in Late Cretaceous Alberta, Canada.
In Walking with Dinosaurs: The Movie[]
Hesperonychus plays a minor role in the film, as a Hesperonychus tries to kill an Alphadon.
However, Patchi, who was following the Alphadon distracts them allowing the Alphadon to escape. The Hesperonychus then try to attack Patchi, but Patchi's Mom rescues him and scares them off before they can kill him.
During the forest fire multiple hesperonychus were seen running away from the fire.
Years later, when an adult Patchi runs to find his herd after his fight with his brother Scowler, he charges through several Hesperonychus, nearly killing them.
