Matilda biting Terrence's neck in Prehistoric Park.

Tyrannosaurus rex (or T-rex) is a prehistoric animal in many of Impossible Picture's prehistory-based mockumentaries. It is one of the most famous of all dinosaurs. Tyrannosaurus rex has appeared in many movies and television shows, such as Jurassic Park and Prehistoric Park. The English meaning of Tyrannosaurus rex is "Tyrant lizard king". Images of Tyrannosaurus rex have evolved from the tripod image of old to the modern, more natural form known today. In Prehistoric Park two young T-Rexes have came back to 21st century. They were both hunters and scavengers, able to reach up to 25 km/h. They hunted larger hadrosaurs like Anatotitan to the ceratopsians like Triceratops. In Walking with Dinosaurs, T. rex is portrayed coated in black, with white underparts, with bulkier head, but also in accurate head to body ratio. This version is more inaccurate and is featured as rogue animal, abounding her young as soon, as chance appears, it is also portrayed that only female cares for the eggs and chicks, while male leaves after mating is over. However, in Prehistoric Park it's behavior is portrayed more accurately, as it is relative pack hunter, living in small family packs, with usually male and female caring for there chicks both. But both versions of Tyrannosaurus chicks lack plumage, which real Tyrannosaurus chicks indeed did have. Thou, chicks in Prehistoric Park, are old enough to have shed the plumage.
