The Walking with dinosaur pilot was a test version of WWD. Eustreptospondylus and Liopleurodon where the only pilot animals we know for sure made it to the final version. There where Cetiosaurus and unidentified pterosaurs that didn't make it in, thought these might have only been tests and never really planed for the final cut. The pterosaurs might actually be an early version of Rhamphorhynchus, but looks more like a Scanthognathus. It is also rumored that Baryonyx was in the pilot, but as we only ever saw 1/6th of the film, this is unconfirmed.
